Completion of the Crewmember Travel Request form below is required to proceed with your Air Travel Request.  Once submitted, our team will provide flight options within 24-48hrs. 

 For Reservation modifications: Once you have already submitted a form, please email the existing reservation along with the desired changes to  CruiseCrew@TotalTravelMarine.com

Important Note: If you are Signing On/Off a vessel, please indicate the SignOn date and time & for SignOff indicate the earliest flight departure time we may secure for you in the General Comments section.
