Travel Request Form

The Crewmember Travel Request form contains the basic information required to confirm a booking. In order to proceed with your air travel request, please take a moment to complete the form below and a member of our team will reply with your flight options within 24-48 hours. Air Fares will be quoted based on preferred marine/seaman airfares traveling to/from or in connection with, work on board a vessel. All travelers are required to carry a letter of authorization/employment from the cruise line, manning agency, or company contracting the employee. Failure to produce the required documentation may result in denied boarding.

Our international global marine and seaman fares are highly competitive, fully refundable, and interchangeable with minimal or no cancel penalties. The tickets are issued as one-ways; therefore, we can mix and match airline carriers and can make changes to your reservations at a moment’s notice. Our marine fares do not have ticketing restrictions whereby they need to be purchased at the same time as the reservation or within a 24 hour period, thus providing an extended time frame which you may need to approve a schedule or job. As equally important additional baggage allowance is included with most programs.

 For Reservation modifications: Once you have already submitted a form, please email the existing reservation along with the desired changes to  CruiseCrew@TotalTravelMarine.com

Important Note: If you are Signing On/Off a vessel, please indicate the SignOn date and time & for SignOff indicate the earliest flight departure time we may secure for you in the General Comments section.
